Remembering Shelly Lazar

Shelley Lazar (May 12th 1949 - March 31st 2019)

It is with great sadness that we share the news that founding advisory board member for WeOwnTV, and dear friend Shelley Lazar passed away Sunday March 31st after a battle with cancer. She was 69. .Her generous spirit will always be a guiding light for our organization. We will miss you MTFQ!

Shelly was a true rock and roll legend and music industry vet. Her company, SLO (a division of Live Nation Entertainment) provides ticket management services and one-of-a-kind fan experiences for world concert tours and events.

With an incomparable client roster ranging from music legends The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney and Bob Dylan to the Dalai Lama, Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict… Shelley has earned the endearing title of “Ticket Queen.” She is recognized for her dedication to a myriad of non-profit organizations.
